On November 23, 2024, Kunshan MAX was invited to participate in the annual human resources event for the Suzhou region organized by the Suzhou Learning and Development Club. In recent years, we have continuously improved the talent development system, forming a dual-channel promotion path for management positions and professional positions; through external recruitment and internal training, we have established a sound talent pipeline.
