On February 11, 2025, the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of MAX Company was held in Kunshan. The achievements and experiences of the previous year were summarized, exemplary figures were identified and commended, and the development direction for 2025 was envisioned and guided. Gu Jian, the Chairman of the People's Congress of Lujia Town, Liu Qianhui, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Electric Fourth Company, Cui Yuling, the Vice President, Cheng Hang, the Vice President and Chairman of MAX, Lu Baoguo, the President's Assistant and General Manager of the East China Headquarters, Yao Weiyan, the President's Assistant and Deputy General Manager of the Advanced Manufacturing Business Group, Zeng Xian'an, the General Manager of the Biopharmaceutical Division and Director of MAX, and Zhou Qin, the General Manager of the Lithium Battery Division, all attended the conference. The General Manager Zhang Shaomei, along with the various vice presidents and department heads, as well as representatives of the winning employees, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhang Shaomei delivered a work report titled "Adapt to the Trends and Seek Change, Diligently Move Forward to Achieve Long-Term Success". She stated that 2024 was a challenging year, with new-generation information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence rapidly developing, driving the manufacturing industry towards higher-end and intelligent directions. Facing the drastic changes in the external environment in 2024, MAX strengthened the leading role of party building, earnestly promoted the theme education, enhanced risk control awareness; firmly grasped the development opportunities in the semiconductor industry, made early preparations for technological upgrading and capacity optimization, not being a bystander but an initiator; with the policy of "improving two aspects and reducing two aspects, increasing one aspect and reducing another", it promoted the precise management of the entire production process; launched the self-developed CRM system, continuously promoted the process of informatization construction, and the achievements of various tasks were remarkable.

Liu Xianhui stated in his speech that over the past year, the management team of MAX has demonstrated remarkable strategic determination and efficient execution capabilities in the complex market environment, achieving outstanding results. The business scale has steadily increased, the technical strength has continued to break through, and the industry reputation has significantly improved. Particularly in the "digital manufacturing" strategic practice, technologies such as big data have been utilized to enhance the digital control capabilities of the production process. These achievements would not have been possible without the hard work of every member of MAX.

Standing at a new starting point, as a key force in the product manufacturing sector of the group company, Caoduli shoulders a more significant mission and responsibility. In the new year, it will take the extension of the industrial chain as the starting point, seize the high-end market, and at the same time expand new fields such as cloud, data, and intelligent computing; take the opportunity of coordinated development to link with internal resources of the group, increase the contribution ratio of group internal business; and at the same time adhere to the bottom line of compliant operation, with the rigidity of the system to guarantee the high-quality development of the enterprise.
