Kunshan MAX Clean System Co., Ltd. successfully signed a land cooperation agreement with Liyang Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. The new factory with an area of 61.000㎡ will be officially settled in Changzhou Liyang Development Zone, and is scheduled to be put into operation at the end of 2018. Jiangsu Liyang Economic Development Zone is located on the north side of Liyang City, a subsidiary of Changzhou City, about 100 kilometers away from Nanjing and only 50 kilometers away from Changzhou. There are many highways in the surrounding area, and the high-speed rail to Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou takes less than one hour, so the transportation is very convenient. Liyang is currently signing a letter of intent for sister cities with Truskavets, Ukraine. As an important engine for China's economic development, the economic vitality of the Yangtze River Delta has maintained a strong momentum. Changzhou City, located in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, is also attracting more and more powerful companies to settle in accordance with its own advantages and various preferential policies.

Since its establishment in 2000, Kunshan Maxi has become a world-renowned supplier of clean room panels after nearly two decades of development. In 2014, a branch was established in Chengdu, and the Italian TECO company was acquired in the same year. In 2015, the new plant in Kunshan was put into production, and in 2016, it was successfully listed on the New Third Board. With the rapid development of the company, the original production line can no longer meet the needs of the company's overall layout in the future. This is also the reason why the company bought land again to build a factory. After the completion of the new plant in Changzhou, Kunshan Max will form three production bases in China: Kunshan, Chengdu and Changzhou. The overall factory area will exceed 84,000 square meters, and the scale of production far exceeds that of similar manufacturers.

This signing can not only bring huge tax revenue to the local government, but also promote local economic development, and it will also make a corresponding contribution to local employment.
