The same piece of iron can be sawed and melted, or it can be made into steel; the same team can do nothing and achieve great results. In order to improve the cohesion of the team, on June 10, 2019, all employees of Kunshan Max went to the Jiangxiang Expansion Base in Changshu City to participate in the team building activities. The event began with a series of ice-breaking activities to allow everyone to eliminate barriers, build trust, and create a team atmosphere. According to the coach's guidance, all the staff were divided into six groups. During the activity, each group saw the strengths and weaknesses of this group, and at the same time felt the importance of cooperation and communication.

Colleagues learned through practice, and changed through experience learning. They benefited a lot and gained more life insights.
