On 5^th. Jan. the annual production management conference , being hosted by Chairman secretary, has been held in Huayang plant.27 people attended this meeting , including MAX’s chairman of the board Mr Chenhang, company director Ms Zhang Shaomei, other deputy general manager and supervisors.

Each deputy general manager and supervisor in charge all made a presentation on the summary of 2022 and work schedule of 2023. Both MAX’s chairman of the board Mr Chenhang, and company director Ms Zhang Shaomei all make full comments by affirming their achievements and providing proposals on the shortcoming in work.

Ms Zhang Shaomei expresses great thanks to everyone for their great efforts in 2022 ,and demand all the staff to make a change , roll with the punches , improve the adaptability ,pursue the opportunity in changes, and not afraid of challenges. During the work, under the sense of “upward management and being responsible for subordinate staff” we set up lofty goal ,strive for new development. In 2023, we must keep making progress by improving lean management ability of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and the level of intelligent manufacturing. We should keep the trends of times, making the best to promote the company to take the road of good quality, high efficiency and sustainable development.

At the end of the meeting, Mr Chenhang makes important work instructions, indicating that it is a must for leading enterprise to have top-level standards and an excellent team. In the future, MAX development should converge with world -class enterprises to find the gaps and absorb advantages. We should review management based on financial data, seek development from market sales indicators, and learn about standardization from quality indicators. All departments should establish strong correlations on business indicators, focusing on existing problems and weakness, to sort out core tasks, establish big goals, and strive for development.
